Help in Sioux Falls

If this is an emergency, hang up and call 911.

If you are in crisis, or you are thinking about suicide, call or text 988. Any hour, any day.

For everything else, dial 211. The Helpline Center is right here in Sioux Falls, answers around the clock, and will find the current answer for food, rent, utilities and counseling. You can also call (605) 339-4357, or text your ZIP code to 898211.

These are community resources, not recommendations. We do not operate them and we cannot vouch for them, and hours, costs and eligibility change. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
